Firstly let me thank you for taking the time to read our terms and conditions. These conditions are aimed at protecting our customers and enable a happy shopping experience.
ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE U.K.
International orders are most welcome, there are no hidden extras only the £1 extra for shipping via airmail,this is shown on the paypal cart at checkout when you select your destination country.
PRIVACY POLICY
Here at weddinglegs.co.uk your privacy is paramount.
As such we do NOT give any of your details out to any third party.
We are required by the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998 to follow strict procedures to protect customer information.
We do not share information that you provide with any other company.
Our correspondence is on a personal level and is on a one-to-one basis.
PAYMENT
weddinglegs.co.uk accepts the following payment methods:
PAYPAL on their secure servers
Payment must be received before goods are made and dispatched.
DISPATCH
All items are completely handmade. Please allow up to 3 business days for completion of your order, although this can take longer in busy periods and may take a little longer if you order several items such as wedding ring cushions
Our orders are sent via Royal Mail first class delivery,however some of our garters and all of our wedding ring cushions are sent First class Recorded Signed for.The exception to this is orders received from overseas, which would normally be sent via Airmail small packet.
A confirmation email is sent from us to let you know that your item/items have been sent
weddinglegs.co.uk can not be held responsible for failure of a recipient to sign for a package, or for the package not being picked up from the local sorting office if an attempted delivery was made to the correct address and there was nobody there to sign for it.
POSTAGE COSTS
Postage and packing is clearly shown on each item on the website, this includes all packaging materials, not just the price of a stamp
REFUNDS & RETURNS
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us immediately by emaling us at sales@weddinglegs.co.uk
All of our items are custom made to your specifications, ie your personal leg size ,made to measure, and for personal hygiene reasons no refund will be given and therefore exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations except for the reasons shown in the paragraph below.
EXCEPTIONS
If you were sent the wrong garter/colour/size/style or if there was a fault in workmanship.
ORDERING
You are responsible to ensure that you have ordered the correct colours / size / style etc. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order requirements.
Should you wish to cancel your order, for custom made items you must contact us within two working days. After two days, our refund policy will apply.
RETURN POSTAGE
All return postage costs to be paid for by the customer. We advise that the items are sent securely using Royal Mail recorded delivery which will issue you with a tracking number. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
